By using Conflict Cards (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is offered as-is for casual entertainment.
The Service does not require registration. You are identified only by a random id stored in your browser and a display name you choose for each room. You are responsible for names and behavior you use at the table.
The Service is designed so that we do not maintain a lasting record of you as a player once you leave and the room is gone or cleaned up. Player entries are removed when you leave or when the room ends; see the Privacy Policy for details on retention, tombstones, and hosting.
You agree not to:
The software, branding, and bundled deck data used by the Service are protected by applicable laws. The game is inspired by party card games in the CAH tradition; your own custom content remains yours, but you grant the infrastructure permission to store and display it only for the duration needed to run that room.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. CONTENT MAY BE MATURE OR OFFENSIVE DEPENDING ON DECKS AND PLAYERS — USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may modify these Terms or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
